Tassimo is a new type of coffee machine that produces a single cup of coffee at a time, using T discs which contain a measured portion of hot beverages such as filter coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso, caffe crema, hot chocolate and tea. It's the ultimate hot beverage brewing machine.
The Tassimo coffee machine reads the barcode on the T disc, identifies the type of coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the disc, and then works out exactly how much water to add for that particular drink and what temperature to boil it to, to ensure that you get a perfect cup everytime.
All the main supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose, and Morrisons) sell T discs, as well as Amazon.co.uk and you can choose from a variety of brands such as Kenco or Carte Noire for coffee, Milka or Suchards for hot chocolate and Twinings for tea.
